Announcing an exciting new addition to my gym which I can’t wait to use with my clients – the Wattbike!

Wattbike is  the only indoor bike that accurately illustrates and measures pedalling technique to help the rider gain power and speed, and conserve energy.

I have spent today on a workshop learning all about the bike with Eddie Fletcher, the Lead Sports Scientist at Wattbike, and who I am extremely lucky to have as my personal coach.  

The bike will really help enhance the coaching service I provide my clients.  I will be conducting  health and fitness assessments  to set accurate training zones for training plans, and by analysing where power is applied on the pedal stroke, I will be able to detect any imbalances and inefficiencies and correct them off the bike, helping my clients ride faster, more smoothly and more efficiently.
